Definitions and Interpretation
The following words and terms used in these terms and conditions carry specific meanings, which apply consistently throughout this document.
- "bajibet" or "Platform" — The bajibetapp.cam website and all associated services, mobile apps, and digital channels.
- "User" or "You" — Any person who has created an account on the bajibet platform or is using its services.
- "Account" — The personal profile created through registration, which allows access to the platform's services.
- "Wallet" or "Balance" — Funds held in the account, used for betting or gaming.
- "Bonus" — Additional credit granted as part of a promotional activity, which can be withdrawn subject to meeting specified conditions.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times bonus funds must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
- "KYC" — Know Your Customer process, meaning the procedure used to verify a user's identity.
- "Terms" — This complete document, including all additions and amendments.
Words used in the singular also include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect the legal interpretation of any clause.
Eligibility to Use the Service
All of the following conditions must be met to use bajibet's services. If any one condition is not met, you may not create an account or use the service.
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to use the bajibet platform. This age limit is strictly enforced. Providing a false age at registration will result in permanent account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions
This platform is operated for users residing in Bangladesh. Creating or using an account from a country where online betting and gaming is legally prohibited is strictly not allowed. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the local laws of their own country.
2.3 Single Account Policy
Only one bajibet account is permitted per person, household, or residential address. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if detected, all accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited.
Account Registration and Verification
A personal account must be created to use bajibet's services. All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
3.1 Registration Process
A valid mobile number and password must be provided when creating an account. The mobile number will be verified via OTP. bajibet reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information before the account becomes active after registration.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
KYC verification may be required when a withdrawal request exceeds a specified amount or if any suspicious activity is detected. In such cases, a copy of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence and proof of current address may need to be submitted.
3.3 Account Security
It is the user's responsibility to keep login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else or allowing a third party to operate the account is prohibited. If any unauthorised activity occurs on the account, contact the support team immediately.
- All details in the registration form must be filled in truthfully and accurately.
- Only one account may be opened with a single mobile number.

- Transferring or selling an account to another person is strictly prohibited.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Specific methods and rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on the bajibet platform. Please read these conditions carefully before making any transaction.
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
Funds can be deposited to bajibet via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Successful deposit transactions are generally credited to the account instantly.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can also be used to withdraw winnings. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that the wagering requirements for all bonuses in the account have been completed. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without completing wagering. Additionally, withdrawals above a specified amount may be held until KYC verification is complete.
4.4 Fraudulent Transactions
If any transaction is suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity, bajibet reserves the right to suspend the transactions on the relevant account and conduct an investigation at any time.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
bajibet offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,500, and ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may only be claimed once, unless the offer description states otherwise.
- The minimum deposit to qualify for a bonus is ৳300.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time, unless specifically permitted.
- bajibet reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Creating or operating an account with the intention of abusing bonuses (for example, using opposing bets or risk-free strategies to fulfil bonus conditions) is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.
Betting and Gaming Rules
bajibet offers betting on various sports including cricket and football, as well as slots, live casino, and other games. Some general rules apply to these activities.
6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
Once a bet is finalised, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, bajibet reserves the right to cancel a bet if a technical error or inconsistent odds are identified. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.
6.2 Odds and Results
Odds displayed in sports betting may change in line with market conditions. Bets will be settled at the odds that applied at the time the bet was confirmed. Payouts are made based on the final result of the match or event.
6.3 Game Fairness
All casino games and slots on bajibet are operated through recognised game providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and Evolution. Game outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
6.4 Technical Errors
If any game or bet is left incomplete due to server downtime, disconnection, or any other technical issue, bajibet reserves the right to make a fair decision in that situation. bajibet's decision on such matters will be considered final.

Prohibited Conduct
Any of the activities described below are strictly prohibited on the bajibet platform. Violating these terms may result in immediate account closure.
- Creating multiple accounts, or using separate accounts by multiple members of the same household to claim bonus benefits.
- Attempting to hack your own or another person's account, or accessing an account without authorisation.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Using software, bots, or automation to unfairly influence game or betting outcomes.
- Threatening, harassing, or engaging in fraudulent activity against other users.
- Match fixing or exerting illegal influence on sporting events.
- Using bajibet's logo, trademarks, or content without permission.
- Attempting to bypass or weaken the platform's security measures.
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Suspension or Closure by bajibet
bajibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms.
- Providing false or misleading information at registration.
- Failing to respond to a KYC verification request.
- Fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
- Risk of harm to the platform's security or to other users.
8.2 Closure by the User
You may request to close your account voluntarily at any time. The account will be closed after any eligible balance has been withdrawn. A Self-Exclusion request can also be made as part of responsible gaming.
8.3 Balance After Account Closure
If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any bonus balance held there may be forfeited. However, whether any verifiable real deposits are returned will depend on the outcome of the investigation.
Intellectual Property and Content Rights
All content published on the bajibet platform — text, images, graphics, logos, software, designs, and other materials — is protected under intellectual property law.
9.1 Limits on Use of Content
While the platform may be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, copying, distributing, publishing, or using this content for commercial purposes without bajibet's written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

The decision to participate in betting or gaming is entirely the user's own. bajibet is not responsible for the outcome of wins or losses. No information or statistics on the platform should be treated as investment advice.
10.3 Circumstances Beyond Control
If the service is affected by circumstances beyond our control — such as natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, or government directives — bajibet will not be liable for any resulting losses.
Privacy & Data Protection
bajibet places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. How information provided during account creation and use is collected, stored, and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy applies equally alongside these terms and conditions.
11.1 Use of Information
Collected personal information is primarily used for account verification, processing transactions, fraud prevention, and improving service quality. User consent is obtained before information is used for marketing purposes.
11.2 Data Security
bajibet uses SSL encryption and other industry-standard security measures to keep user information secure. However, no digital medium can guarantee complete security, so users must also exercise their own caution.
Changes to Terms
bajibet reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time as needed. Notice will be given on the platform before any changes take effect.
12.1 Notice of Changes
For significant changes, users will be informed via a message to their registered mobile number or through the platform. The effective date and nature of the changes will be clearly stated.
12.2 Meaning of Continued Use
Continuing to use the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request that your account be closed.
